you need to be emailing at least 30 people a day or over 200 people a week in order to build up an extensive contacts list. BB FT recruiting will be hard, but a role in a boutique investment bank in NY or even a second tier finance city in the Northeast is very doable.

FT recruiting is 5x as hard this year because banks are prioritizing interns and don't really get to fully evaluate them
Your chances aren't that high at BB/EB with no experience/lower GPA, still network with alums though. MM banks are a reasonable target, but again you need to be absolutely killing it on networking.
If your startup internships were all in the same sector, reach out to top boutiques in that area. They will value that experience more than a generalist program

I was in a very similar position to you. It’s doable. At GS/MS in NY now. You have to have someone put you on their back. FT recruiting will be especially hard this year. Reach out to anyone and everyone you know.
