5 Little Things that make a Big Difference for your Career

Hi all,

First of all short intro: I worked as consultant at McKinsey for 6 years and now transitioned to a C-level role at a SME in the retail sector. As I now have a bit more time than before, I decided to start a YouTube channel :) Objective is to cover topics in Business and Management, targeted at Young Professionals. I.e. how to make the first years of your career a success, nevermind if you work in Banking, Consulting or Industry.

One of my videos is on "5 Little Things that make a Big Difference for your Career". This is a collection of the little stuff I noticed really makes a difference in the workplace. Notice that I cannot post links, but the channel is called Firm Learning on YouTube, in case you care to check it out.

Videos are still pretty cringy as I just started.. Though would love to get your feedback on the channel and ideas for future videos. What topics would you like to hear about? What other little things do you notice make a big difference in the early years?

Obviously, if you like what you see, I would love you to subscribe to the channel!

Best and Thanks!
