Recently did an AC at a BB. How long does it normally take for them to reach with an offer/rejection?

Usually within 24 hours for offer (unless they specify within a week), anything longer is waitlist or rejection. You get an auto email once HR updates the application a couple months later.
They said within 1-2 weeks. So if they didn’t call within 24h it doesn’t mean I’m dinged right?
Yeah, if they specified themselves then it’s not a ding. Sometimes they group multiple ACs and pick as a bunch.
