Hey guys, pretty much says it in the title. Should you add your network on Facebook/ LinkedIn, specifically the younger guys?

Yeah I do, younger ones I even ask them out for drinks.
I have separate social media accounts for work contacts and have my personal accounts under a pseudonym.
I have seen many of my colleagues do this, I was thinking of doing this as well. Good idea
