Advice for aspiring Sophomore

Hello everyone,
I am obviously new here but have been browsing quite a bit and have learned more than I ever thought I would have. I know other members have posted similar questions, however I think my situation may be semi-unique. I am currently a Sophomore at a small liberal arts college on the east coast. I am currently an athlete and have the opportunity to graduate after my Junior year with a major in Finance and minor in Accounting.
My specific question is whether graduating early would potentially be a problem due to my lack of internships and experience. To date I have no experience because the sport I play requires heavy involvement in the summer time. What should my plan be? Graduate after three years, get an internship that summer and then go from there or try to do something the fourth year of school that would give me work experience? At any rate, what's the best way an athlete like myself can be highly sought after without the prior work experience that many others have?

Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!
GPA is a 3.93

I would stay for 4 years, if only to get your senior season of your sport in. Unless money is an issue, I have never seen any value in graduating in 3 years. I could have done it, but I came back just for my senior football season, and then took my last 2 quarters off and just relaxed. Definitely a better decision than graduating early.

Could you get an internship in the winter/spring that doesn't conflict with your sport?

I would agree with you, but then we'd both be wrong.
