Advisory / financing or IB

Hi guys,

I have received 2 offers, one from an M&A midcap boutique (m&a intern) and one from a larger bank for an internship in debt advisory and financing (large cap). Both offers are very attractive, but I have to choose. I heard that the boutique tends to give you a lot of pitch and market studies to do, while the other job would be more focused on financial modelling. The boutique would give me a bigger exposure + it would be a 1st experience in M&A, while the large bank work would tend to be more diverse.

Do you guys have any recommendations on what you would do?

Thx
