All stock accretion dilution w/ different market caps and P/E multiples

Can anybody help me with this? trying to figure out if accretive or dilutive, and also what would synergies need to be for it to be neither accretive or dilutive.

"Company A has a $100M market cap and a P/E of 10. Company B has a $60M market cap and a P/E of 20. In an all stock deal, for which company is it accretive"

can anybody walk me through the calculation?
