Chiming in here for one of the top BBs (think RBC), AN3 bonuses were stellar across the board (400k bottom bucket to 790k top bucket)

What banks have 3 years analyst program? Thought most are 2 years so 2 analysts bonus cycles before heading out?

Ok - but why do people get promoted to Senior Analyst after 1 year now?
We effectively have 3. But we call it Asc 0, which is 1 year behind MBA hires
HL is 3 years… obviously not a BB or EB but chiming in here to see if we can get other data points as it’s hard to benchmark it. Overall, feel fine about mine - I’m sure it could be higher but satisfied.
