Analyst early start?

I am planning to graduate a semester early (December 2021) and have already locked in an internship at a BB next summer. Is it possible to start working around January 2022 instead of the usual summer 2022?

I know lots of you are going to say go travel, enjoy your time off, etc etc. But honesty I/my family could use the money as I am not in the best financial position. Thanks!

Agreed. I'd bring up the option after you secure the return offer during your final review. Have seen people do this before FWIW

I'm graduating a year early so similar situation, I let my bank know without implying that I wanted to start early (just wanted to make sure that early graduation wouldn't make me ineligible to be a SA). They basically said it will depend on staffing needs but that it had been done before. I hope this helps
