Analyst1 with masters' degree
Hi there,
To make it short, I'm from Europe and got one master's degree from there, and then another one from the US, so I'm 25. Now I'm looking for a job in the US and got offered an analyst1 position by a great IB. In Europe, it's usual to start as analyst1 with a master, as we kinda all get one in these countries for IB, but I've been told that in the US, masters' graduate often start as associate, and that analysts' positions are for undergrad.
Given the current situation, I feel like I should not get too picky and should accept the offer. What do you think?
