I saw a posting on my school's job board today for a summer analyst BO position at an elite boutique - was wondering if any other are still taking applications? Haven't been able to land any FO interviews so I'm hoping for at least a MO/BO SA to network better over the summer for FT.

I'm sure there are still a ton of boutiques recruiting. Keep in mind that many of the smaller places don't have a formalized recruiting schedule, in the way that BBs and most MM firms do. Some HFs out there are still recruiting as well I believe.

Is your goal to recruit for FT roles in the fall? If so, I'd recommend trying to find a FO internship with a boutique, rather than interning in BO/MO at a BB or MM and trying to network your way to the FO from there. Seems like that can be really tough to do.
