Any semi-prestigious banks still recruiting?

I've primarily found people making a three-tier distinction between banks, grouping them into BB, EB, and "boutique". The two former groups are essentially done (and I've gotten nothing), but I was wondering if there is a good listing of solid boutiques that are below the "elite boutique" grouping, but aren't just random no-name boutiques.

I'd appreciate any leads or information, but personally anything in energy or anything in New York would be especially useful for me.
