ASO 3 - Cov

$225k salary, $225k bonus.

$450k TC, promote to VP.

Slightly disappointed, but lowest in years so just have to be okay with a down year. Numbers overall at the firm sound similar to Evercore’s this year. Nobody got 50% like a previous comment suggested lol. But also, don’t think people got well above 100% like past years.

What was split between cash and equity for bonus, if you don't mind sharing? Not a huge shocker here, as you noted given the current environment and revenues being down YoY. Did certain groups/offices make out better than others?

Don’t remember the exact equity number as it’s given verbally (paper comes in a few days), but it was around $40k in stock, rest cash.

Moelis has a P&L sharing structure amongst groups, so at least from analyst - VP the bonus shouldn’t be impacted by group.
