Anybody Have an Ardea Partners Second Round Interview?
I just had my second-round interview for Ardea Partners today. Had the weekend to prepare a summary of an acquisition and then had to talk about it today. Anybody else have this today or tomorrow?

I think it went well. It was different than I was expecting, though. I thought they'd want me to give a detailed summary of the transaction, but he asked for a really quick overview and then basically immediately jumped into questions. He got pretty technical with his questions but I felt like I was able to answer most of them well. I feel like for some he just waned to see your thought process and whether you made sense and wasn't necessarily looking for the right answer. Overall I would just make sure you have a well rounded view of the transaction and you'll be good. Good luck! Out of curiosity, what schoold do you go to?

Did you have to do a modeling test? Any insight on that?
Model test is 3 statement and debt waterfall
Have you heard back after your modeling test?
Any further color you can share on the test? Was it from an LBO template or scratch?
