Current analyst at WF. overall good people. However, comp, and perks are way below street. Such as dinner allowance and no pay raise or retention bonus. Senior management takes a lot of advice from JPM’s leadership. Don’t recommend if you have other options. Not great for M&A deals. Not much exit opp.
