Anyone with experience in development banking?? EIB/ADB/IADB?

I'm really interested to hear if any have experiencing working for the European/Asian/Latin-American development bank.
In the long term I'd really like to use my skills to help develop other countries, having been living 2,5 years in one of the poorest countries in the world I feel obliged to do my part.
Really any information would be highly appreciated. Especially on actual work experiences.
