Hi all,
Is it possible to apply to a grad scheme for 'recent graduates' in investment banking, whilst currently in a Capital Markets (think origination teams in Global Markets division) grad scheme at an investment bank?
If so, what is the likelihood of this being a strong application & what are the hurdles that someone would face doing this?

I think most places class recent grads as up to 12 months after graduation. Ofc expect to answer why you are hopping across so early in your interview.
