There are other threads that are up to date - can use the search function for them
My guess is very similar to GS in culture and everything else given that seems to be where all the top guys came from. Maybe some of the worst stuff of GS is left behind in favor of some of the better stuff of the boutiques, but likely GS’s culture is a fair starting point for starting to understand what Ardea is like.
