Are a lot of good but not amazing calls enough to get a first round?
Assuming your resume competitive, what is the quality/quantity of calls that gets someone a first round. I've done a good number of calls at this point and none of them have been bad but I think only 3-4 have been amazing. I feel like I connected with most analysts on some kind of personal level but I'm not sure if that's enough. From an analyst POV at what level of connection will you actually pull for someone when picking first rounds?
