Are banks going to raise SA pay?
My offer letter for 2022 still says 85K prorated, are banks going to increase to the 110 base for AN1?

Debatable. Some could argue it would mostly be speculation given the broad nature of the question.
I got an email saying we are bumped to 100k but wouldn’t have to sign a new offer letter if that helps.
Incoming MS 2022 IBD SA. Got an email today that internship salary was bumped to $110K prorated.

You should be bumped. I signed offer letter for 105 prorated at a place where they just raised base and had signed other SAs pre bump.
