Does betting on Polymarket violate compliance? Are we at least allowed to use platforms like Kalshi that are legal in the US? Does betting on the election count as a political contribution?

I imagine polymarket is fine since it's not derivatives based I believe and works on crypto which most banks don't have a problem with.
