I think there's just not that many MM firms that paid that much above market the past two years. my recollection is that the usual suspects (Jefferies, Baird, HW, HL) didn't pay anywhere near that level last year, albeit I didn't really pay attention at all to MM comp so couldn't tell you for sure. Just not sure who that leaves left.

I am at an EB with a strong RX arm, so overall company PnL is up year over year. Mainly driven by RX as M&A has been hammered LTM.
I am anticipating the following outcome:
Stub: 50k
ASO1: 150k
ASO2:180k
ASO3: 200k
All mid bucket.
