Associate position opening - any thought on this role?
Saw an Associate IB position opening on Linkedin with a Boutique bank in White Plains. Posting says better work/life and faster path to VP. Any thoughts on working for a Boutique bank in terms of career path? NYC vs Suburbs?
If a bank is actively advertising that in post, that would be a red flag to me. I think that is something you save for a final round interview, when you try and sell your bank a bit too.
