Avg grades but cleared 2 levels of CFA.
I don't have as good grades because most of that time goes into CFA prep + 2 internships (one at a MM firm and one at an AM startup)

What if I've cleared 2 levels, 2 internships (one at a MM firm and one at a AM startup)and i know accountancy, modelling, valuation, transaction/trading comps, lbos, earnouts etc But I got a B in college. Would all this knowledge help or do i still need the grades.
Would only matter if you get an interview, which poor grade could prevent
