Background Check - Current junior from a target with a 3.6 in Econ

I'm a current junior from a target with a 3.6 in Econ. This summer, I got pulled over for a DWI and refused the breathylyzer. My lawyer got it knocked down to a DWAI, so I don't have a misdemeanor but because I refused the breathylyzer, my license is going to be suspended until this summer, and I have mucho points b/c of the DWAI

I was wondering if this is likely to come up in background check and if the bank would likely rescind my offer. Let me know your thoughts.

i killed a guy once and i've never gotten in trouble for it. they give you a pass for those redbull vodka nights. but seriously, don't worry about it.

What's the point of refusing the breathalyzer?? Most of the time it only increases the possibility of getting higher forms of punishment. Depending on state of course.

But don't worry. Whatever. It's not like you killed someone.
