Background Check Discrepancy

Hi all, I recently filled out a background check through hireright. They found a discrepancy with my employment as it was listed as Dec 2018 on resume but my employer had me listed as Jan 2nd 2019 as my start date. My start date on my offer letter was Dec 17 and I was actually in the office sporadically (since it was the holidays) doing unpaid training and meeting the team. Do you think this will be an issue that will void my employment or not a big deal at all?

Are you trolling? This should not be an issue at all. There's flexibility to push your start / end date by a month. Nobody cares. What was the exact email you recieved from the agency doing the background check?
