BofA ECM Dallas vs Goldman IT desk NYC vs Stifel Restructuring Milwaukee vs Leerink Janitor Menlo Park

This is what this post sounds like. Why are you so specific if this is just theoretical. Pick the one that aligns with your career goals. I could not pick less similar groups in credit if I tried.

Laz > Bain > Barclays > Gugg

I’m assuming it would be secondaries at Lazard (or at least GP work). Likely the best option for transferring skills assuming you are unsure of your long term. Cannot go wrong w/ Bain either. Seems like you have a few DCM/LevFin options so if your long term is anything debt investing related choose Bain/Gugg/Bar, and if you are unsure of your long term you cannot go wrong at Lazard.

anyone who tells you laz PCA over BCC hates you and your entire family. People have gone from BCC analyst to corp PE at funds like APO/BX. There's exits to credit HFs and distressed as well. Out of undergrad it definitely gives you the most optionality long term compared to PCA which is much more pigeonholey
