I have an interview for an M&A analyst position at Bainbridge in San Diego on Monday. Can anyone shed some light as to what I should expect? I have the WSO guides and have been hammering the points so I'm ready on tech and fit. Anything in particular I should be aware of? Thanks guys

Save yourself some time and don't go to the interview. I can't imagine these guys asking technical questions. FYI, all of their deals are buyside M&A deals. As an analyst, you will be sourcing deals for PE shops. There is very little modeling involved.
