Baird and HL return offer %
Was wondering what the return offer percentages were at Houlihan and Baird this summer especially with Baird cutting headcount significantly.

Heard from b-school friend that offers were made to most if not all analysts, and some offers were made to associates but unclear how many.

Apparently C&R gave out no returns at HL? That's absolutely brutal. Heard from the intern class.
