I got a first round in-person interview for Baird’s G&D group in DC and was wondering if anyone had any guidance for what to expect.

Do you speak English - why Baird etc stuff like that
Did you have a phone screen or hirevue prior?
None. Just applied and got a notified late last week that I had a first round this coming week.
In-person first round with no prior contact seems abnormal, are you in the D.C Area? Best of luck nonetheless!
Baird DC G&D office doesn't do phone screen or hirevue, just resume review to first round.

I interviewed here in the past. First round for me was a mix of technical and behavioral questions. Technical questions were medium difficulty, nothing too crazy, but above basic level. For the behaviors they were really trying to get to know me and my motivations, what my goals were short term and long term.
Has anyone done Superday in the past or know when they might come out?
