BAML GMO Ops Advice?

Hey guys, Does anyone know anything about Bank of America's Global Markets operations program. I submitted my resume through on-campus recruiting and now they invited me to a presumably final round interview for two days, without some sort of first round interview. I have no idea what this position entails. I just know it is a middle office job. Attached is a description, if anyone know anything; duties, salary, hours, work environment etc. please let me know.

Global Markets Operations/Middle Office Group (GMO&MO) provides controlled and cost effective post-trade processes in support of our Capital Markets, Corporate Investments, Corporate Treasury, Global Wealth and Investment Management, and LaSalle Global Trust Services businesses.
