Bank Rankings - honest insight needed!

Hi everyone! I would appreciate if you could share some honest insight about the pros and cons of different banks. What ones are more highly regarded? Have the best culture? Have the worst hours? Speak your mind!

Use the search bar until you actually have an offer. Any offer is better than no offer. If you have offers from multiple places, ask specifically about those places we don't need another ranking thread. I have a FT offer (SA convert) to one of the lower tier banks according to this site but pretty sure anyone who struck out of FT recruiting would kill for it.

I hope this list is an RBC or Wells Fargo joke

Nowhere close to being accurate

1 - Top BB (GS/MS/JPM) and Top EB (Evercore/PJT/Centerview)

2 - Mid BB (Barclays/BAML/Citi/CS) and Mid EB (Lazard/Moelis/PWP/Greenhill)

3 - Lower BB (UBS/DB) and "rising stars" (RBC/Guggenheim/Jeffries)

4 - Top MM (Harris Williams, HL, Blair, Baird)

5 - Rest of the MMs/boutiques and balance sheet banks

Group is more important than bank (less relevant for boutiques) and rankings vary depending on personal performance for large bank vs boutique. Any one of the banks above are a great place to start your career, so the goal for all prospects should be to get an IB offer...you can rank between offers once you have them.
