Banking to hedge fund: interview questions
Anyone know what kind of questions are asked at interviews. Specifically looking to know what accounting questions are most examined.
Of course, realize that you need to have well thought out pitches and that you might have to do a case study etc. Not talking about that, asking about the technical that you would be asked.
Thanks in advance
Banking Experience ==> Hedge Fund Interview (Originally Posted: 10/16/2009)
I'm a second year banking analyst in a restructuring group. I've got an interview with a long-only hedge fund coming up and am not sure exactly what to expect. I've only interviewed with PE firms, but I'm expecting the first rounds to be pretty different. Does anyone have any general advice or ideas of what types of questions might be typical?
Thanks for the help.
