This is just a thought from someone yet to break into IB but it seems like the most common issue I hear is my VP is horrible. I feel like this would be solved by hsbung the best analyst shoot up to VP. Spending that senior analyst year learning how to be a VP. What's everyone else's thoughts? Stupid or genius idea?
