Can confirm this, as I'm on a school team and this is what our captain told us to expect.
If one has a really good relationship with their target's recruiting team, but gets an offer from another BB, would Barclays accelerate? Given that they'd accept a Barclays offer on the spot?
What will it look like for non-core schools? I have like 3 or 4 alumni at Barclays but not enough to be a target.

Random, but did they abandon this plan? Seems like most people didn’t have a phone screen, and for those that did, I heard they have not been technical.
Got an offer from GS classic but in a group I hate (think Natres/RE). Will Barclays accelerate if I am willing to sign on the spot? If not, does getting an extension from GS leave me enough time to recruit here? I have a good relationship with alumni but they seem to be in the dark about recruiting.
