BB Corporate Banking SA vs Boutique IBD SA

Hi!

I am an international student attending a firm-target uni in the U.S.

Back in December, I was interviewed by multiple BBs for IBD SA gigs and ended up getting a BB Corporate Banking SA position in my country. They only gave me like 5 days to accept the offer so I had no chance but to accept it. However, I recently applied to a for a IBD SA position at one of the EB through OCR and this job is in my country as well. As the job opportunity itself is not really popular (it is unpaid) and exclusively open to the students of my college, I might end up getting an interview and stuff......

But the thing is, the EB is not really well-represented in my country and does not give out a full-time offer while the BB is a top-tier bank in my country and has a very strong deal flow and the possibility of securing a full-time offer is high. At the BB, I will be assisting Relationship Managers which will give me an exposure to diverse deals including M&A, DCM, and so on... So I was thinking about lateraling to an IBD position after spending 2 years at CB.

On the other hand, I really wanna become an IBanker in the future and I am kinda worried that going to BB would actually limit my future career options. Plus, the EB is a top-tier IB in the world.

Can anyone help me to make a decision on this?
