With the current macro, how hard would it be for someone to transition from Credit Risk to front office investment banking? Also how long should you wait before attempting to transition at another bank in order to avoid the 12 month requirement for internal transitions. I’m at a top BB (GS, JPM, etc) in NYC if that helps. I didn’t attend anything near a target school.
