It’s mind boggling to me how this behavior is being tolerated by management. Several analysts come in once a week or into the office after 3pm. For context, this BB has fully returned to office 5 days a week. Sure they are getting their work done but I am in disbelief that this behavior is being tolerated at an investment bank.

Never underestimate the balls of an An2 with a PE job coming up. To be fair, I did the exact same thing last year - wasn’t going to get forced into a BS RTO when seniors never come and Im working with people in other offices. Probably pissed off a few associates but didn’t actually matter in the slightest
