Being poached by MM & BBs? (As a LMM/MM analyst)
Ignore title. Curious if this is common as I've had some MMs reach out asking to interview and heard of people saying BBs tried (or did) poach them.
How common is this?

Currently at a MM. I have had headhunters on behalf of multiple BB and MM reach out to me over the past year.
Do you think you'll ever make the switch given the right circumstances/firm? I'm thinking of trying to climb up for a better experience as my firm isn't the best but have also heard the grass isn't always greener on the other side.
