Big 5 Banks Global Transaction Banking Comp

Currently work at one of the big 5 banks in Toronto. Was wondering what base + bonus is for Global Transaction banking at the associate and VP level? Is it in line with corporate banking? I believe Corp Banking Associate Base is around $120K-$140K with bonus around 40-50%.

Based on the most helpful WSO content, corporate banking associate compensation typically includes a base salary in the range of $120K-$140K, with bonuses around 40-50%. While specific details for Global Transaction Banking (GTB) at the Big 5 banks in Toronto aren't explicitly outlined, GTB compensation is often aligned with corporate banking, given the overlap in client-facing roles and revenue generation.

For Vice Presidents in corporate banking, the total average compensation is generally higher, with base salaries and bonuses reflecting their seniority and responsibilities. If GTB follows a similar structure, you can expect VP-level compensation to be competitive with corporate banking benchmarks.
