Big 5 Toronto Analyst Comp Help
Hi guys, for some reason I can't seam to find analyst comp numbers for the Big 5 Canadian banks in Toronto on this site.
Does anyone have a link to a thread that could help me out? Or, if they have a general idea of what they are?
Also, assumption is that the numbers are pre-COVID, again just wanted to know a general idea of how Big 5 in TO compares to everywhere else.
1st Year Analyst: ~80-85k (base) + 40-60k (bonus) + 5-7.5k (signing bonus)
Thanks.
I'm guessing progression is similar to NYC (An1 80-85, An 2 85-90, An 3 90-95)?
No - at all levels within Canada, base salary remains fixed no matter which year you are. AS1 base is the same as AS3 base, same for associates, VPs, directors.
At RBC, the base is 85 and mid bucket bonus was 60k, top bucket was 75k. National's base is 90k I believe
Is this 90k post-rotation program?
