Biggest decision ever and really need your advice

Hey guys,

So I am currently a soon to be junior at a non-target school. I was in the past pre-med and realized that it was probably one of the worst decisions ever. Now I am trying to get into investment banking and am thinking about transferring my spring semester of my junior year to Boston University (or ANY other target school). At my current non-target, I have literally no useful alumni. I really want to prepare myself for an internship next summer and this could help in my opinion. My GPA right now is a 3.3 and it would reset to a 0 at Boston and could make it definitely better. Also, most credits will be transferred so I can graduate on time. Options 2, stay here and continue to network for an IB internship? I really need some feedback and want to know what I can do. Really enjoy this site and the useful information you guys all provide.
