When do bkg checks occur for junior summer internships? Do they usually occur thing the sophomore summer? How should I approach disclosing a dui (no accident so misdemeanor and also in process of getting expunged)? Should I just disclose it if they ask in initial application and then follow up with HR with good reason/be extremely honest? Any advice appreciated
