I have a superday coming up for the BlackRock Accelerator Program (Summer Analyst position). How technical will the superday be for the accelerator program (applied for finance and internal audit)? Also, is it easier/less competitive to get into BlackRock through this Accelerator program compared to the normal summer analyst programs?
