I applied a while back and did the assessment and got my results, however, have yet to get any info on interviewing. If I had to take a guess Id say expect something 2-3 weeks from now.

What was the phone screen like? With what level person and how much / deep technicals?
I applied to the program when it opened and have not heard back.
Also did my Koru last week (6th or 7th), waiting to hear back.
Relaying info from HR, non-core interviewing will be starting in late July/Aug and going through September. Phone screens are being sent out to target applicants, and i’d assume blair will have multiple super-days before starting non-core interviews. GL

No idea. I had another interview the same day with a different bank on a similar timeline, and they said they're sending out superdays on July 1. Given that and the LIFT program date I'd guess as early as Friday or as late as next Friday
I had the phone interview for LIFT last week. Haven't heard back yet.
Just got an “additional information request” that asked if I’ve ever pled guilty/no contest or made a political donation in the past two years. Hoping this is a good sign

I sent an email to William Blair and they replied stating I have not been invited to the LIFT program. It's safe to assume that all invites have been sent out. Good luck to those that have been invited.

I have a friend from a non-target who had a superday with them last week, but it was for a regional office so no idea how that applies

Don't think they have started... might be wrong, but was told deadline for referrals was yesterday. Most of their recruiting looks to be done in Aug/Sep for non-target/diversity

Non-Target here. Got my first round this past sunday night and had my interview yesterday morning. Not sure when ill hear back.

Had a friend do a superday there almost a month ago. She didn't get an offer so no idea what their status is but they are at least mid-process. Don't think they take many interns.
Two groups, tech and HC (mostly medical devices). afaik they took 4 or 5 SAs last year, and they only take them for tech. They have already had a few rounds so they may already be done or very close to it.
Any info on how long it took to hear back after the phone interview to see if we got a superday? Non - target.

I got a superday invite pretty quickly after my phone screen (within a week). It definitely also just depends on when they are doing superdays so don't stress too much

Got a first round today. It has to be scheduled on Tuesday or Wednesday this week. I suspect a Superday next Friday.

Boston and SF are full. A few spots left in Chicago, not sure on Charlotte but I think it's not full yet but almost there. Recruiting process is starting to wind down now as they fill the last few spots.
Do you know if interviewing is done for IB summer 2020?

Any insights on comp/exit ops from blair now? Culture is great I know, but currently weighing an offer and not sure how Blair would impact me 2 years down the road.
Does anyone know when WB will be giving out interviews for applications that came in after July 1st? Applied July 15th, worried I might be late to the game? Anyone have any insight?
It's all rolling. All regional offices are now full, Chicago has a few spots left and there are superdays coming up. Not sure if they will keep reviewing new apps, but it probably depends on how these superdays go.

Did anyone have to do a paper LBO?
I didn't have to do a full paper lbo but I got a set of questions that were taken out of full lbos. For example revenue growth over 5 years with 10% CAGR and then given x ebitda margin and a yx ebitda multiple calculate the equity check. There were probably a couple of others that I can't remember off the top of my head but practicing basic paper lbos was more than enough preparation in my case.
How long did it take people to hear back about a super-day after their first phone screen? I did my phone screen 2 weeks ago and haven't heard back. Is this a bad sign?
