Well known that comp is hot ass at associate level across BofA.
The group has decent (not great) deal flow, comp has been terrible the last few bonus cycles. Lots of competent mid-levels left along with a few MDs, they are not being replaced.
How sweaty is the group?

Culture has been improving, hours depend on your seniors. I would say 80 hours average is pretty common for the biotech vertical.
