BofA | Offer Letter Format for CPT (International Student)

I recently completed my superday interviews with BofA for the Arizona office. As an international student, should I inform the HR that I will be applying for CPT through my school's international office? Should I be upfront about my CPT application? If not, how can I request an offer letter to be structured in a way that satisfies the requirements of the international office? Please help an international fella here! This is my dream internship, and I am so paranoid that this whole process won't work and all the efforts and prep are worth nothing.
