Bonus still not announced
Works at a boutique bank IBD. It’s almost mid April and we still haven’t got the 2022 bonus number announced. Tried to ask my manager and was told no timeline for the announcement and no idea on what the rough number would be. Has this happened to anyone?
You ve only got one good option by the looks of it. On Monday morning - (assuming your manager is a he excuse me) go into his office and slap your balls on the table and don t leave till you get your number
Either do that or wait patiently like any other rational human being. 🤔 not sure though.
