Boutique Bank or KPMG EVS?

So I got offers from both, which one should I go to? KPMG Economic Valuation Services (EVS) deals with mostly tech firms too.The bank is also a tech boutique bank, deal flow is okay or average (def not the biggest ones you hear on WSJ, usually $200mm or even $100mm). If pay or hours are not important to me, the most important thing is learning opportunities and exit opportunity. If I want to work in tech industry after (esp in operations, strategy or corp dev), and perhaps even start my own company, which one should I take? This is for 1st year FT analyst btw, fresh out of college
