What do you mean by boutiques? For the sake of argument, as many people have varying ideas about what qualifies/what is a boutique...
To answer your question, I would say sure, or actually, definitely. One example would be Lazard advising on the Kraft-Cadbury deal. Another would be Lazard advising on the divestiture of one of Kraft's "pizza business" to Nestle. I am sure there are others, but those are two that I found pretty easily.
